1Introduction & Acceptance

Joay 9 is an international online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and around the world. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Joay 9 and its users.

2Account Registration

To open an account on Joay 9, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. Accounts created using false information may be cancelled at any time, and any funds in such accounts may be forfeited.

• The email address and mobile number provided at registration must be verified.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Joay 9 is not liable for any issues arising from a shared password.

• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• Joay 9 may initiate an investigation upon detecting any suspicious activity.

For KYC verification, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. This information is stored securely and used solely for verification purposes.

3Age Limit & Eligibility

Joay 9 strictly prohibits anyone under 18 from using the platform. Age must be declared at registration and may be verified at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed and all balances forfeited.

In addition, citizens of countries where online betting is legally prohibited are not permitted to use Joay 9. It is each member's own responsibility to be aware of the laws in their country.

4Deposits & Payments

Deposits at Joay 9 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank cards. Funds are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support within 24 hours.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳50
• Maximum single deposit: ৳5,00,000
• Joay 9 never charges any fees on deposits.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits must always be made through your own registered payment method.
• Suspicious payments may be held pending investigation.

5Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing any winnings from Joay 9. Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method — funds will be returned to the same source used for the deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳10,00,000 (higher limits apply for VIP members)
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• During peak periods, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been completed.
• Joay 9 charges no additional fees on withdrawals.

If a withdrawal request appears unusual or there is suspicion of fraud, Joay 9 may place a temporary hold on the withdrawal pending investigation. If the investigation clears the account, funds will be released promptly.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions at Joay 9 are subject to specific terms and conditions. It is important to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

• A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days.
• No more than one bonus may be active at the same time.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit loopholes may result in account closure.
• The referral bonus applies to genuine new members only.
• Joay 9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7Betting Rules

Certain rules apply when placing bets on Joay 9. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the cash out option is available.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳10
• Maximum bet amounts vary by market.
• Odds may change during live betting once a match has started.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical issue, a full refund will be issued.
• If a match is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Joay 9 may correct any erroneous odds or faulty markets at any time.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Joay 9 platform. Any involvement in these activities will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or stolen cards.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses by circumventing their terms and conditions (bonus hunting).
• Using unauthorised software or bots on your account.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Joay 9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly in cases of rule violations, suspected fraud, or legal requirements.

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method, subject to applicable conditions.

• Accounts closed due to prohibited activity will not be reinstated.
